We are a 24 hour gym.

There is parking locally which is free for 2 hours. 

Sainsburys car park is a short walk away from the gym. 

Please be aware, the underground section closes at 9:30pm (4:30pm on Sundays) so park on the top level outside of these times. 

We do not offer any corporate or student discounts. 

You can book classes 7 Days in advance via the GYM LOCATION app. 

Please note, if you cannot make a class, you must cancel no later than 4 hours before the start to avoid a £4 charge. 

For Yoga & Pilates classes, you will need to bring your own mat. For Boxing classes, you will need to bring your own gloves. 

Classes at GYM WATFORD will start from Saturday 7th March.

GYM LOCATION is a members only gym so you cannot bring guests. However, we do sell day passes for £12.00 which can be purchased on the app or website. Day Passes are for Gym Use Only (No Class Access). 

We will be selling any day passes during March 2026. This time is for members only. 

Our minimum age is 14 but any member under the age of 18 will need parental consent. 

Yes of course. Lockers require a padlock.

Yes!! We have some amazing Personal Trainers and encourage you to use their services. 

Yes!! This area will be open from 01/04/2026

Yes of course, however for health and safety, disabled access is only available during staffed hours. 9am-7pm on weekdays & 9am-3pm on weekends.

Our staffed hours are - 

Weekdays - 08:00am to 08:00pm

Weekends - 08:00am to 04:30pm

You can freeze for a maximum of 1 month if you are outside your minimum term. 

We do require one full months notice to freeze.

To cancel your membership you must give one full months notice via the Gym Location app.

As long as you cancel before the last working day, your final payment will be collected for the following month. If you miss this deadline, even by one day, your membership will continue for another month.

EXAMPLE - If you cancel any day in April, your final month will be May.  

You cannot cancel within your minimum membership term and you cannot cancel while in arrears.
