This is a wonderful analogy for the gym, where we also turn weaknesses into strengths and obstacles into stepping stones. We become more resilient human beings, both physically and mentally, by embracing and working on our frailties.

I see myself as more of a teacher than a PT or Coach. My goal is to educate and empower you to self sufficiency as quickly and efficiently as I can.
