I know exactly how it feels to be stuck, frustrated, and not seeing results — and that’s exactly why I became the coach I wish I had when I started.
I’m Paolo, a natural bodybuilder and transformation coach with 14+ years of training experience and over 200 client transformations. I’ve helped men and women drop body fat, build lean muscle, and finally feel confident in their own skin.
I specialise in body recomposition — completely reshaping your body while boosting strength, energy, and metabolism. I’ve competed at the highest level, ranking #5 in the UK after winning two shows and competing at two national events in 2023.
On top of that, I’ve completed three advanced coaching masterclasses and continue to study to deliver the highest level of coaching. I’ve also gained in-depth knowledge of women’s physiology, helping my female clients train around their cycle and regain hormonal balance through proper nutrition, sleep, and training.
