How do I access the gym?

Within the GYM LOCATION app, your ACCESS tab can be found on your members profile.

What are the opening hours?

All of them!

We are a 24 hour gym.

Is there parking?

YES!

GYM SUTTON - Members get 2 hours free parking in the St Nicholas Centre car park.

There is a ticket validator on reception which members can use. Once your ticket has been validated, you must put it in the payment machine before exiting the car park.

GYM BROMLEY - Parking is included in selected memberships. 2 Hours free in the NCP Car Park located in The Mall, Bromley.

GYM CRAWLEY - Parking is included in selected memberships. 2 Hours free in the RCP Car Park located on The Boulevard.

GYM EASTBOURNE - Free on site parking.

Do you offer any discounts?

We do not offer any corporate or student discounts.

Do you offer day passes?

Yes. You can purchase a Day Pass for £12.00

How do I book classes?

All classes can be booked via the GYM LOCATION App

What's the minimum age to join?

The minimum age is 16.

We do allow 14-15 year olds to join but only if a parent is a member.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, we have plenty of lockers. Lockers require a padlock.

Do I need to bring anything for classes?

For health and safety reasons, members must bring their own yoga mat for yoga classes and boxing gloves for boxing classes. Yoga mats are available to purchase at the club.

Do you offer Personal Training?

Yes!! We have some amazing Personal Trainers and encourage you to use their services.

DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?

Yes of course, however for health and safety, disabled access is only available during staffed hours. 9am-7pm on weekdays & 9am-3pm on weekends.

How do I cancel or freeze my membership?

We do not offer an option to freeze memberships but to cancel your membership you must give one full months notice via the Gym Location app..

As long as you cancel before the last working day, your final payment will be collected for the following month. If you miss this deadline, even by one day, your membership will continue for another month. You cannot cancel within your minimum membership term.
