With over a decade of face-to-face client experience, I have developed my skills to provide personalised guidance that leads to lasting results, not just a quick fix. I work with a diverse range of clients, of all ages and backgrounds, inspiring, supporting and working in partnership with them to obtain their goals and maintain motivation.
I believe enjoyment in training is extremely important. As my Client, you will be challenged, work hard but most importantly have Fun!
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Level 3 Personal training
· Level 3 adapting exercise for Ante and post-natal participants
· Currently studying L5 Nutrition
