I’m Aga and I’m here to help you make a positive change in your daily life/habits. I believe with consistency every week you can make your way to successful change over period of time. As a mum of 2 kiddos I understand how hard is to make time for yourself but I firmly believe having the right plan in place will help you execute desired goal.
My mission is not only to help clients achieve their fitness objectives but to instill in them a sense of empowerment and confidence in their own bodies, create the life they desire with full clarity and confidence.
Over the past year, I have actively participated in bodybuilding competitions. These experiences have not only shaped me as an athlete but have profoundly influenced my approach as a personal trainer. Winning on the stage was a personal victory, but the real triumph lies in the opportunity to inspire and guide others on their own fitness journeys.
I strongly believe that strength training is a cornerstone for overall well-being, and my thoughts personalised training programs reflect this belief. With a focus on gradual, achievable changes, I tailor each plan to accommodate your busy schedule. As a fellow parent, I empathize with the challenges of finding time for self-care.
